No, units do not come furnished. Each apartment includes all major appliances, including a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Also included is a table and barstools.

By-the-bed leasing means each resident signs an individual lease for their own bedroom space rather than sharing one lease for the entire apartment. This allows residents to be responsible only for their portion of the rent and their assigned bedroom.

Pets are not permitted at Parkhaus. However, service animals and approved assistance animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Parkhaus offers convenient on-site parking through our attached parking garage. Residents can reserve a parking space based on availability. Contact the leasing office for current parking rates, availability, and parking policies. We charge $90/month.

Residents are required to maintain personal liability insurance with a minimum coverage limit of $100,000 throughout their lease term. This coverage helps protect you financially in the event you are found liable for accidental damage, injury, or other covered incidents. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to or at move-in and may be emailed to the leasing office, sent directly by your insurance provider, or delivered at move-in.
